Please keep in mind, in order to secure a scheduled appointment, a reservation deposit may be required prior to confirmation. The deposit serves as a good-faith commitment by both parties, this reserves the requested appointment time, and enables proper scheduling and allocation of resources. In addition, for quality assurance purposes we offer our personal guarantee and warranty on all our services and products.
Upon receipt of the required deposit, the appointment will be formally confirmed. The client will receive a confirmation of the scheduled date and time, an official receipt for the deposit, and a detailed description of the agreed-upon scope of work. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the services provided.
